Sofax Fluorspar Kenya Ltd hosted the Official Handover Ceremony attended by the Cabinet Secretary for the Ministry of Mining, HE Salim Mvurya, and the Principal Secretary for the State Department for Mining.
The ceremony marked a key formal milestone in the handover of operations at the Kerio Valley fluorspar facility to Sofax Fluorspar Kenya Ltd under the 25-year mining concession signed in February 2024.
