Sofax Fluorspar Kenya Ltd formally handed over the SOFAX Share Certificate to the National Mining Corporation (NAMICO), marking a significant milestone in the formalization of the strategic partnership underpinning the 25-year fluorspar concession.
The ceremony underscored the Government of Kenya's 15% equity stake in Sofax Fluorspar through NAMICO, cementing a collaborative framework for the mining, milling and marketing of Fluorspar (Calcium Fluoride, CaF₂) from the Kimwarer area in Kerio Valley.
